About Me

I have spent more than 20 years at the intersection of data and marketing, working across media, entertainment and healthcare at companies including Newsday, Cablevision, Madison Square Garden and Cardiovascular Research Foundation.

What ties all of it together is a simple belief: the best marketing starts with understanding why people make high-stakes decisions. My graduate work in psychology and sociology was not a detour from marketing, it was the foundation of it. I have spent my career applying behavioral insight to the moments that matter most: when a patient commits to a provider, when a family chooses a wellness program, when a customer decides to stay or walk away.

Today I work with health and wellness companies that are ready to build the customer intelligence, strategy and marketing infrastructure to grow. As a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and nutrition counselor, I understand this industry from the inside. Combined with a career spent studying why people make the decisions they do, that means real industry knowledge and behavioral insight backed by data, in every engagement.
